Crazy thought, but did anyone else just think of Despicable Me 2? That's kinda what I was going for :)
I'll be honest with y'all, I've been waiting for this day since Cinco de Mayo 2021! Okay, it's a little crazy, but it's just so much more fun to eat tacos on Cinco de Mayo... now it's here!
AND I LOVE TACOS!!!!!!
Just do yourself a favor and listen to some classic salsa music while you eat some super delicious tacos! Maybe you have a song or two in mind, either way, I recommend Celia Cruz, la Reyna de Salsa! Aside from her, I'm sure there's some AWESOME playlist out there just for Cinco de Mayo!
One of these days, I hope that all my years in Spanish class will be enough to get me to some hispanic country to eat 100% authentic Cinco de Mayo foods!
