Happy April Everyone! I hope I've given you plenty of time to read the TWO books from last month's post, and that you're now in need of something else to read! If you read them, let me know in the comments what you thought! I'm open to fangirl with all y'all!
THIS MONTH'S BOOK: Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger
Genre: Fantasy
Published: 2012
About: Oh, how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book/series!! Sure, I'm getting kinda old for these books and there are about 10 in the series (so far) with more to come.... However, I have sat down and read through all 10, 800 page long books, TWICE! This fantasy with elves, trolls, and more got me hooked in a second!
SETTING:
Where else would you read a fantasy book then as close to the outdoors as you dare to go? Sure, it's only April, so that means some freak snow storms, so your best bet may be a seat with a view. Preferably a window seat, but anywhere with a view outside is the perfect place to read this book.
While a view is nice, don't worry if the view out your window is the house next door, because you won't find time to lift your head out of this book and look around. Besides, it's the thought of sitting next to a window that counts :)
Now, to get comfy before you get lost! I few pillows to build up your seat by the window will do as well, but what else could you possibly need.
As long as you're comfy, have a good view, and a GREAT book!
Check, check, and check!
Happy reads everyone! Enjoy! Fangirl with me in the comments as you please! This book is one of those books that make it so hard not to chat about it for hours upon hours!
Have any good book suggestions for the months to come? Let me know in the comments!
Have an AWESOME week!
