Montana's BEAUTIFUL Nature Photoshoot

Summer is the season for road trips. Beautiful weather, gorgeous Montana mountain ranges, bright green fields and canola oil fields beginning to turn bright yellow! Perfect for a picture or two out the car window!

I've been waiting for years to get a few good pictures of canola fields when they're just beginning to turn bright, beautiful yellow. Just behind where I live are lots of farms. Many growing wheat and hay for the animals. Others growing corn that looks good, but let me tell you.... it's for the animals too. The one time my family stopped to grab some from over the fence, we took it home to eat. BLEH! It was disgusting! AND IT DIDN'T TASTE LIKE CORN!!!

We'd often drive by the canola fields as they slowly turned yellow, but we never had enough time to hop out of the car and take pictures. The funny thing was that the car was still moving when I took the picture above. Turns out we didn't need to stop the car in order to get some GREAT pictures of BEAUTIFUL Montana fields!

Here are a few more picture I took on our little family road trip up to Grandma's House:

And if beautiful pictures of nature is what I want, all I need to do is hop in the car and drive to Grandma's house. The beautiful scenery from a log cabin in the woods is true Montana nature!

But in Montana, even I don't have to go very far to see nature in all it's BEAUTY! Just walking on the trails behind where I live, I'm given so many opportunities for BEAUTIFUL shots of nature!

From the tall cascading mountain ranges to the bright green and yellow fields and then the breathtaking sunsets, Montana never fails to show off God's beautiful creation!
